The book is co-authored with Judy Mikovits PhD. At Golden Gate University Law School, he was a writer and editor of the school's law review, and spent his summers working for the US Attorney's Office in San Francisco. Kent’s book PLAGUE was released by Skyhorse Publishing, in 2014 and is now available in paperback with NEW material. During his time at Saint Mary's College, Heckenlively worked for US Senator Pete Wilson, and was the school's Rhodes Scholar candidate.
